Just wondering if after watching last night's game how many bobcatattackers still believe Ohio's strength and conditioning program doesn't need improving...

Too many examples of S & C successes. I don't lay the losses against Buffalo and Bowling Green at the weight room door. Monroe made a great point when he brought up Tafua, I think it was. Somehow there was just not the Jordan Thompson type out there. I liked the captains, but, there did not seem to be a hunger.

I agree that we look slow, and thin compared to what I saw last night. But we also need help in play-calling, recruiting, execution....Frank has been overtaken by younger, more innovative coaches.

Tafua and JT were on the field for our meltdown in New Orleans. All the heart in the world can't replace execution and athleticism. Two things we currently don't have even compared to the other teams IN OUR DIVISION.

The only year Tafua and JT played together was 2009, which was Tafua's Senior year, and JT was a Redshirt Freshman. The New Orleans Bowl against Troy was a year later.

All of the above.  From what we saw on the field this year, Mike J is correct..as is the stuff about emotion, fire, etc, etc.

Check the 2nd half vs. Beefs, for instance.  Their O-line was unified and blew our d-line off the scrimmage line in an almost comical manner.

Losing is not fun but is understandable at points ('cause we can't win 'em all) but getting pounded is unacceptable.

There's a disconnect between the coaching staff and the players. Not sure where this ranks on the list of our problems but it's gotta be near the top. 116-13 against Buffalo, BG and Kent (or whatever it was) is a reflection that a certain group has stopped playing.  Now, does this only involve guys who are moving on or is it the majority of the team? Guess we'll find out. But if Frank has lost the team, can he get it back? Won't be easy,

If by "S&C successes" you mean what is achieved in the Carin Center, be apprised that I am less interested in what is achieved there than what Bobcats achieve during games.
