honestly,  it can't get any worse.  Here's hoping they let Posey go to find greener pastures.

Paraphrasing an old Bobcat Goldthwait joke, blaming Chud for the Browns failure is like blaming Ronald McDonald for getting a bad cheeseburger.

This is a fact, Chud leaves Carolina, Turner leaves San Diego and Horton leaves Arizona and all three teams improved greatly. Maybe these 3 coaches were overrated, the teams they left certainly did much better without them and the Browns got worse.

Lombardi and Banners unwillingness to interview Bruce Arians after last year shows how ignorant the leadership in Cleveland is.

That is a stellar point that I did not think about.

I was in DC for part of Turner's tenure as HC of the Deadskins and I wasn't impressed at all.  Don't know how he keeps getting hired.

The next guy who coaches the Browns has got to be flat-out nuts.  You're lucky if you get two seasons to come up a winner.

He keeps getting hired because he won Super Bowls as the OC with the Cowboys in the 90s. Well freaking duh. If you can't win the Super Bowl with 5-7 Hall of Famers on your offense, then you can't do much.

And don't get me started on how dumb the leadership in San Diego is. I dont care if your coach loses in the first round of the playoffs, you don't fire him after you go 14-2. PERIOD. And the fact they kept Turner around as long as they did just proves how dumb they really are.

The most blatant example of a front office covering its butt I can remember. Every move they made said the future was more important than this season. Unless your the coach.
