There has been quite a bit of discussion on this board about the coaching as well as the conditioning programs.
Over the time that Frank has been here he has demonstrated a willingness to change with the times, i.e. hurry up offense after the bowl loss to Troy.
I believe Frank will not leave, but rather have a new plan for next year that will be made public at the right time.
The plan could be some personnel changes as well as other game plan adjustments based on the talent available.
We just built the indoor practice facility, the team just finished another winning season, Frank has made public that the incoming class is his best., and with the current Pres. & AD in place the future remains bright for Ohio football.
This is a dream job for Frank and his staff. They have accomplished a feat not many have. It is easy to ride a quick tide, i.e. the Kent coach did last year, as well as many others have during the Solich era. What have these coaches accomplished since? To repeat winning season after winning season at the same university is a true test of greatness.

Any staff changes will be made voluntarily by assistants looking for better paying or better opportunities, Coach is not firing anyone.
