Multiple news sports websites are reporting  that the family of Noah Spence is suing the Big Ten for the 3-game suspension for Spence testing positive for X.
Evidently, the BIG looks at this as a PED.Interesting that O$U did not step in and give Spence a pre-emptive suspension....however, everyone would know that this suspension would only include the first game of next season against a patsy.

Actually he was suspended 3 games, including the bowl they just lost.

I dont understand how they can call it a performance enhancing issue. Drugs? Sure. But how in the hell is ecstasy performance enhancing? Unless PED stands for party enhancing drug...

I guess the rationale is that it is a stimulant.

He was to be suspended for a full season but it was reduced to three games on appeal, perhaps partly due to the question of whether it really is a performance-enhancing drug.

They're calling ecstasy performance enhancing? What, is he going to take off his uniform
and dance around on the field to victory?

They didn't specify football performance.
