Post your observations of the game here.

I'll go out on a limb and say BSU wins this one going away and rescues the MAC from no-win bowl season.

Sad when the MAC has a lower bowl winning percentage than the B1G.

MAC gets bageled. I have no idea what Ball St. was doing on its last TD drive. They could've come close to running out the clock before they scored.

This ones on the coach for calling for a stupid squibb kick with the wind at his back.  His kicker had kicked it out of the end zone earlier.  Let 'em start their drive on the 25 not the 45.  That would have made all the difference given the time left.  Really bad play calling on their last drive, too, in terms of clock usage.   Well, the whole MAC is officially in wait 'til next year mode.   After seeing Balls and Beefs in bowl games I'm left wondering how in the world we lost to these teams.  I do think our problems this season were mental more than physical.  If true, we can easily right the ship next year.  GO OHIO!

Credit to ASU. My son is dating a member of their band. With all their turnover of coaches that they are still playing so well is pretty good.

OCF, I agree with you wholeheartedly about the squib kick on the kickoff. Ball surrendered at least 20 yards field position with that.

However, I don't believe we played Ball State this season as you indicated.

You are right; that three game stretch of Beefs, BG and KSU is just a blur in my mind.  I guess I've morphed it with the Ball State loss the previous year during a similar November swoon in which it was BG, BSU and KSU. Now, let's hope we don't have a November like this next year and I won't have three similar spans of blowout losses that I'll want to forget the details of and assign to the trash bin of Novembers not to remember well.
