The Buzz: As a true freshman, Basham started five of the Bobcats’ 13 games last season garnering 32 total tackles including a career-high six tackles in a 51-23 win over UMass on Nov. 29. His team-leading 7.5 sacks tied him for fifth in the school’s all-time single season sack list.
