The Seahawks do a really nice job with their pix.

It's good to see Taylor going full throttle in these workouts.  Hope his foot problems are over.

Phil tried to fight Richard Sherman at practice today. Hopefully they got some good shots of that.

Not sure trying to whomp-ass on an all-world stud key player is the best way to make a team on the part of a border-liner.

To be fair sounds like Sherman started the hits.

Does that matter.  I think people are judged by their actions and motivations are rather disregarded.

Purely looking at it from the point of view of what's in Bates' best interest, I'd imagine it's best to be seen as ultra-competitive...but not combative, not into that which probably detracts from performance, is seen as not enhancing performance.

The question of intra-squad fights comes up often in the pre-season and I can't recall a coach ever expressing anything but unspoken support for the combatants, given, of course, that no one gets hurt.

"They've been seeing too much of each other"

"The real games can't come soon enough"

"Boys will be boys".

Good for Phil.  I really want to see this guy succeed, not for Ohio but for his personal determination and willingness to adapt.

Helmet off when others are on?  Either it got yanked off his head or you'd think he'd know that a left hook to plastic is better than skull.

This little episode actually got its own ESPN video on the SC website yesterday.  No harm, no foul, we're all friends, etc, etc.

Price must be more talented than I originally thought based on he hasn't really gotten much PT in 4 years and now gets picked up by Seattle.
The pre-season games will be most important for him.
Stay healthy Taylor and I'm feeling good about you making the team.
