I was talking to a friend about the upcoming homecoming and at the mention of Ohio University a teenager in the room asked me "isn't that where Logan Paul goes?"
I know who he is and I know he is particularly popular (downright famous) among teenagers but I was surprised that is what someone first thought when they heard "Ohio University."

I'm getting ready to go into my jr year in Integrated Media and one of my professors from last year had Logan Paul speak to one of her classes of graduate students about social media.

The athletic department needs to reach out to this kid.

He'd be perfect to do some promos for the marketing department. Outside of King Bach, Logan might be the most well-known Vine user there is. That might not mean anything to many users on this board, but it means a lot to the student population.

Agreed on the athletic department reaching out. Social media has gotten so big/important to marketing these last couple years, it would be silly to ignore someone like Paul. Beyond his funny videos, he is a former athlete and on a full academic scholarship. An outgoing kid like that is someone any University would love to have wearing their colors.

We've seen the power of going viral with the black jerseys and the 110. You gotta think something creative can be done. The benefits could be insane. Especially when you consider many of his followers on vine and twitter are high school kids who could potentially look to come to Ohio University in the next couple years.

I don't know much about Vine but I know who Logan Paul and Kingbach are from it. Funny stuff.

Alright, I'll admit I was not familiar with his work but, it's "wild, wacky stuff..." (Read in Johnny Carson voice)
On a kinda related note, last week I did see something on Reddit w/regard to Ohio as well: https://imgur.com/42ndZ6k
