The fumbleitis problem will be solved...meanwhile we have ourselves a QB (or two, although we haven't seen JD yet) and a whole bunch of RBs. And Landon Smith at WR was stellar.

The defense really has to be given credit for the win. Kent really should have won the game...you really can't give the opposing team 4 turnovers and expect to win.

Yaz is an All-American.

I'm optimistic for the rest of the season.

Vick was in considerable pain for the last two or three plays after his last run.  Came up limping and he was wincing quite a bit.  Don't think it's a big issue because he finished the game, but it would be good if JD gets some time next week.  I think Solich held him out because of the importance of getting a MAC win and because Vick was doing so well.

It appeared that a few of the guys on the field cared if they won or lost.  I like it.

Also I neglected to note that the line play on both sides of the ball was very good. Although I was unable to view the game on ESPN3 and had to rely on the descriptions by Eisenstein and Cornelius, the facts that the Bobcats were able to move the ball (unfortunately sans TDs) and stop the Flashes' running game indicate that the team is working well.
