Anybody in favor of a relegation system for college football in the future? Where the worst 16 teams in FBS go down to FCS the following season, and the top 16 from FCS come up? And do that for all levels...
It'd be too complicated due to the different number of scholarships between levels.
I'm in favor of a promotion/relegation system in the FBS level. The conference champions from the "Group of Five" conferences move up to the power conferences to replace the worst power conference teams. You could even align the conferences, so the MAC champ would move to the B1G, AAC to ACC, C-USA to Big 12, MWC to Pac-12, and Sun Belt to SEC.
