Haven't seen anyone mention this, but a big turning point in the game was the goal line stand at the end of the first half. Kept Idaho from carrying any more momentum into the second half and might've provided some mo for our offense to start the second half. Huge play. Great job, guys.

Big turning point was when we did NOT score near then end of the half because of a stupid penalty...too many men on the field? Then, it's nice we got a goal line stand and nice they didn't have any time outs but they did march right down the field as I recall. A better opponent would have scored there.

That was a great play in and of itself, but Idaho certainly had and kept momentum in the ballgame.

Well, we had a very similar goal line stand against UK. Perhaps, though, they are not a better team! :-)

Besides Kentucky missing the short field goal after the stand they didn't score the disputed one either at the beginning of the game. I took a picture of the catch and although the picture is a little blurry it was clearly not a touchdown.

It's not the first time the defense has held up in the Red Zone. As of four games, Ohio's Red Zone defense has given up TDs on 5 of 14 visits to the Red Zone, only one of those by rushing. No other MAC team has given up TDs less than half the time.
