Our controversy is that we have 2 not very good QBs.
LOL
It would appear that its more like we *4 not very good QBs.
If the truth about Navarro is that his injury was before his picks last week, which I understand is the case, I would say that he is receiving too much flack for what has been a very solid start to his season. We knew he wasn't a slinger like Rourke, but he's managed the game well and run a balanced attack through 2.5 (ok, 2.3) games. At this point, I'm comfortable with a HEALTHY Navarro running this offense.
Regardless, we can't have fumbles on the exchange like we did 5 yards from paydirt, and pass coverage has to improve (be healthier?). Two mega turnovers and too many long conversions last week turned a competitive game into a blowout. I was not expecting to win at Kentucky, but I did expect a more competitive outcome.
