I was talking to Steve Swisher's wife today and I was trying to get her to "Make" Steve go to the game with us Sat., when she mentioned that he just can't go even though he really wants to be there. She told me that Mike Schmidt will be there for some type of a tribute and that she and Steve haven't seen Mike in a few years and reminded me that Mike has been battling cancer.

I can find no mention of a tribute any where else. Anyone here hear anything?

He is here. his number 10 will be permanently applied to the outfield fence at Bob Wren Field. He will be introduced at the end of first quarter
