My Tornadoes prevail over Mike's Whippets in one for the ages! So much for many adjustments on D. 83-82.

What exactly does each coach say to his defense in Monday afternoon's film session? I mean, at some point, you gotta freaking make a play.

And if I read a brief account correctly, there was but one OT. In that OT SHS scored first to go up 82-75. Then TCHS scored and its coach decided to go for 2 and end the suspense (or agony?).

BTW, in my senior SHS season we gave up a total of only 26 pts. That was improvement over my junior season when we gave up a whopping total of 44 pts.

Our very young DC went on to a successful HC career at two other high schools.

This is in my area and a few people were sending me updates. I just can't imagine how many points could have been scored or yards amassed if it had continued more than one overtime. The Columbian running back rushed for more than 500 yards.
