Lost to this point (I blame myself) is the 5 yards of penalties Ohio racked up last night.

That's a huge indicator that the staff got through to the players and a reason to believe that there are bright days ahead.

At least to me.

I got 99 problems, but #MACtion ain't one.

Last night's game was just an absolute joy from a Bobcat fan's perspective. I loved all 60 minutes of the game. No penalties, dominating performances, and I thought the announcing team was good (aside from the one University of Ohio slip).

Lots of things to be happy about. Somehow, they're in position to finish the season on a positive note.

I don't know if it was a case of more discipline or the refs letting them play or both. Fewer flags usually translate to a more entertaining game. Last Saturday AFA-Army had a total of four penalties and it was really fun to watch because the teams could keep the flow of the game going. Last night was even better, not only because Ohio won but because there was a better mix of passes and runs (AFA-Army had 100 rushes and 25 passes; last night's ratio was 80/44).
