TT's situation was only a small part of the problem. It is best to forget about it at this point and concentrate on the future.

I don't have a complete answer. We probably will never get a full explanation. I think it probably revolved around leadership from our players and specifically a lack of leadership. I am only guessing but team unity seemed to suffer and the obvious guys from an outsiders perspective ( Beau, TT , Carrie, and others) were not the personality type to reunify the team.

Players may have drifted into cliques. Offense, defense, special teams, class rank, race, and who knows what else.
Just my two cents.

FYI- every time I come to BA, I look at topics which may hold messages with insight to what the heck happened.
