We should be very, very proud of this team who came all the way back from down 21-0, and after a missed to-win FG, to defeat Miami and become bowl-eligible.
This, also, after the stunning, demoralizing defeat at Miami two years ago, and scratching and clawing through most of this season. Even if no bowl game, it's auspicious for next spring, and next season.

Well said! Let's hope the bowl folks invite this team so we can keep this season going!

Too many turnovers. I almost pulled my hair out when Sprague threw that terrible interception in the end zone when #82TE was wide open down low.

Was just wondering the same thing. I don't have any memory of a 21 point comeback win.

Arkley said it was he first 21 point comeback in the Solich era. Not sure before that.

The only such comeback that comes to mind was a near-comeback. Down 20-0 to Kansas State and lose 23-20.

I'll take a WAG that this was Ohio's biggest comeback ever.

It might have been...at least since the 60s. Amazing.

We have given up such comebacks since then.

I did the same search. I think it's amazing that stat is not in the media guide.

Game against Dayton in 1962: Ohio was down by more than 20, might have been 28, at the half and came back to win. At that time it was called the greatest comeback in OHIO history. Anyone have actual facts on this one? I'm just going from memory. I listened to the game from Springfield on my transistor radio.
