I was cheering hard for you guys to win. What a great finish. Really helps the Herd's SOS.

What are the bowl hopes looking like?

Depends on the final MAC standings. The MAC has five slots and if we're lower than that, we are hoping for others to slip up.

I'm thinking we're facing Marshall in Detroit! ;)

Not good. We are all hoping for the Peach bowl, but Boise was ranked #23 tonight while we were #24. Even if Boise would lose, Colorado State will likely jump us.

I guess I wasn't surprised by those rankings, but I have to take Marshall's side on that. I don't care who you play; you've got to be pretty good to go undefeated.

In no way, shape or form am I a fan of Marshall, but I agree. Also reeks of big conference bias when "Heisman Hopefuls" graphics on the Disney Networks and CBS don't include your QB.

Both Boise and Colo St play tough opponents this weekend. Boise is home to a very good Utah St team (9-2, tied for the div lead with Boise & Colo St) and CSU is at AFA (8-3). Both losing this weekend appears to be your best hope. The MWC's other division is worse than the MAC East. The leaders are SDSU (6-5, 4-3) and Fresno (5-6, 4-3).
