8 catches for 77 yards

You would have to think they would have 8 TDs and 500+ yards combined if they stayed.

Hope the NIL $$ was worth it.

Said the same in the thread about Fanin.

Had to have had the same offers - turned them down to come back to BG and have a historic season. He’ll likely find himself in the NFL and tons of great tape to show his skill.

As for Foster and Kac… uphill battle got steeper. But they do have a closet full of sweet merch. Kac will likely have some nice jewelry. Foster’s season (career? 5th year?) is over.

Cautionary tales. 1K yards in the MAC will get you in the NFL. 3 catches at OSU might get you a trash collection company in the Columbus area. Shoutout Boren Brothers!

They also got some sort of NIL checks, plus some different educational opportunities.

Our entire team has 9 receiving touchdowns. Do you think our TEs would have caught 88% of our touchdowns, or that the passing offense would be twice as prolific with the two of them? Do our TEs this year have a more than 150 yards receiving combined?

A pair of experienced 6-7 TEs? Would have been prime targets.
