As the football season has come to a close, we are already turning our attention to 2015. All season ticket holders, single game purchasers and current students were emailed a survey link today to provide their feedback. Please take a couple minutes to complete the survey and help us continue to take the fan experience to the next level.

Season Ticket Holder Survey: http://tinyurl.com/pqaqekd

Single Game Purchaser Survey: http://tinyurl.com/pnyg3s6

Student Survey: http://tinyurl.com/k6f224l

We look forward to seeing you at Peden Stadium in 2015. Thanks for your continued support as the "Best Fans in the MAC"!

I want to say publicly what my survey answers convey: that I appreciate the effort of all the AD staff and everyone else associated with Ohio athletics to offer continual improvements to the game day experiences for all our fans. There is certainly more that can be done but it's easy to see the impact of a lot of incremental improvements over the years.

I've said it once...I've said it a million times...Games need to be events, not just football games. We have come a long way and OU is doing a great job, but I think one thing can help make games better events....Beer. This will add to the social aspect of games and encourage people to stay longer. I also think we should have cheerleaders walking through the crowd getting people excited instead of standing on the field. Standing on the field does nothing...

I do not have my finger on every pulse that comes from the Athletic Department so this may already exist.

It would be great if there were some additional efforts made by the department to share with fans what your wishes/desires are in terms of facility upgrades. There are some simple cosmetic upgrades and more costly/involved improves needed at both Peden and the Convo and I think it would be reassuring to see some acknowledgement from Athletics that you see it too.

As a fan it would mean a lot just to see something that says "We know the bathrooms need an upgrade, and here are some ideas of how we can fix it." Currently it comes off as more as it is just being ignored.

This kind of communication may share the needs more clearly with potential sponsors/donors too.

Just my $.02. I will still come and support no matter what kind of shape the bathrooms are in!

I took the survey yesterday when we got an email asking for season ticket holders to do it. I suggested getting rid of the chair backs in the champions section as well as making beer/wine available to those of legal age in the stadium. The other stuff I would like, the ad can't control - game day and times. I'd settle for those two things right now.

I couldn't agree more. Loved interacting with the crowd when I was a cheerleader.

Best part of experience: Being with fellow Bobcat fans. My favorite people. And access to Tower concession area.

Needs Improved: Non-tower concessions and bathrooms need serious improvements.

Other suggestions: Please schedule higher quality home non-conference opponents.

And keep the Tower concession area open till end of games. I would like to "fuel up" with tall coffee before beginning my 2:45-hour drive home.

I said I like that I don't have to move my car on the Saturdays when there is a hockey game after the football game. And that hot chocolate - should be "hot"...........

One thing I mentioned in my survey (and in another thread) is to consider some things that could be surveyed about sometime mid-season to season ticket holders. There may be small things that could be changed/fixed that could make a difference in some fans eyes.

Filled out my survey. Doesn't take 10,000 characters to write 'win more games'

695 and I have mentioned this several times. The rows are two close together with the chair backs. It's nearly impossible to exit the aisle. If you sit on the aisle you have to step out to let others out. Had to do it 17 times before halftime one game. I'll pay for the premium location - just take out the chair backs.

So what you're saying is you wasted your own time and the athletic department's time with your response, by completely missing the point of the survey and missing an opportunity to provide constructive criticism or positive feedback where it was needed? Nicely done.

You missed the point. The message is I don't care about a score board or hot chocolate or seat backs. None of things will make me feel better about losing a home game we should have won. And I think we should expect to win every home game. There isn't anybody coming to play us in Athens that we shouldn't beat. W's put asses in seats and until we sell out every game and every person there is paying $50 a seat, including students none of those things will be what you guys want them to be. They just don't have the funds.
you know what would make every home game great? Winning them all.

The athletic department already knows that winning games is important. They want to know what else they can do to make the game experience better, and I think they should be commended for that. Some ideas, like a Texas-sized Jumbotron would be very expensive, but not all things that can be done need to be "expensive". The suggestions that will be of the most value to them are the ones that they can do without it costing an arm and a leg. You chose not to give any other suggestions, which is fine, but it just means that you missed an opportunity to point out anything small that peeves you on game day.

I used to go to Thurman Munson Stadium in Canton. It was the AA affiliate of the Indians. From a gameday experience standpoint, it was an awful place to watch baseball. No fan amenities whatsoever.

I went to watch Joey Belle, Jim Thome, Manny Ramirez, Charles Nagy play. There were good teams I watched. That's all that mattered to me. Good teams and winning.

If that's all that matters to some Bobcat fans, so be it. Don't begrudge them for that.

My tastes have changed over the years and I now expect a little more for my sports dollar. For some of us, we want more than a winning team. We want comfortable seats, decent concessions (or at least concessions that don't require calculators), bathrooms with soap, etc.

I'm pretty sure the survey will get that feedback too.

Constructive feedback must have been discussed in one of the management classes you skipped to go to Palmerfest.

Tickets - I have been given parking tickets in areas not in the lot between peden and Bird. Pissed me off - about a hundred empty spaces around me...........

The "normal" concessions offered may be some of the worst available compared to our MAC peers.

That is pretty arrogant when Ohio is one of the most remote schools in the MAC. The school isn't entitled to success.
