Does OU have walkon tryouts? I couldn't really find anything. If so, how thorough would they be, probably don't spend too much time evaluating?

The walk-on program has been cancelled.

Spring football camp always seems to have a lot of new walkons, and Ohio regularly gives scholarships to walkons, usually about 2-3 a year. I'd contact the coaching staff, and see what needs to done to get included in Spring practice.

I know, I know. You hate those players that come out of it and earn scholarships, and go on to start games/play key roles, like Devin Jones, AJ Ouellette, JD Sprague, Josiah Yazdani, Chad Moore, Blake Scipio, etc

The New England Deflators have a college walk-on Nate Ebner who never played high school football.
