When Spring camp opens again next week I hope we see some meaningful coverage. Not just the formula of player interviews with a 90 second duration we saw the last few years.

It is pretty hard to get excited about our spring game if there is no camp coverage.
I actually am expecting little or nothing because early camp had only 1 written feature and I saw a video clip on Twitter of receivers catching balls from a automated passing device. Pretty lame.

They had exactly those kinds of interviews after the first and third practice. I presume that after the March 21 scrimmage we'll see something by Arkley, and perhaps with some of the winter sports winding down, he might give a little more coverage earlier.

Here were the first two player interviews with AJ OUellette and Jovon Johnson:

Issue would also be the fact that the SID office is covering 6 other sports that happen to be in season.

That's correct, BTC. Also, Tom Simmons' position has not been filled yet so they are still short.

I have to admit seeing some drills and scrimmage footage is a very big improvement over past years coverage.

I'd agree that the video clips of contact are a nice addition, and make me look forward to fall. Kudos to Coach George for his work.

There hasn't been an update on the site in a month. Any word on a Sale before the game?

I know people have mentioned on here to get to the sale early. How early is a good enough time?
