I know during the passion and spirit of a season it can be hard to cheer for a rival but I am definitely pulling for Rakeem after reading this. I do think he would have been wise to go to the CFL tryout. You never know where video taken there would surface and who might see it.

I hope he does well too. He was one heck of a competitor. I was shocked when I found out his size a while back. He played bigger than he was. Good luck!

You know you respect a player when you hate him when you're playing against him but when it's done you follow that guy all year. I followed him and the dude was just a baller. He worked hard and was very solid. I wish him well.

He's a good one for sure. His case just demonstrates the difference between what it takes to be great in college and making it at the next level. Same thing in bb like with DJ Cooper.

Same thing here, I thought he was in the 6'2" range and 200+ lbs.

My favorite parts of the article was a 37 year old agent who is a personal injury attorney with a 23 year old girlfriend.

Cato was a fine college qb. I still insist that he can't throw the mid-long and long long ball on anything at all like the line drive that a qb must do in the pros. Those cloud balls would be picked by NFL db's all day.

Need to understand what true top, NFL-grade talent looks like.
