I've said it somewhere before, I hope SP can have the same kind of turnaround by year three. I do believe you have to give any coach at least two years before judging them too harshly. First year to stabilize things (I think SP has done that). Second year to show a different "culture) ( we'll see 'bout that next year in b-ball with SP). And, year three not necessarily a Championship but really improved play on the field or court.

I also think we've seen MOST of this in the FS era in FB. We just really need to finish it off with step three...the MACC in FB! A baseline has been achieved, the culture has changed and the play on the field had been improving. Now, we just need to get back to three years ago and win a MACC!!
