This year the picks are all over the place for the top, but there is no disagreement as to who will be at the bottom of the two divisions, Miami and EMU. All in all, 7 teams have been picked by someone for a division win:

They were a pass only offense last year, and put up a lot of points and yards. It's hard to win consistently without a running game, though. If they develop one to go with their pass attack, and improve their defense, they could be good.
