I was going to say that the Southern Conference is a development league system for the Sun Belt but remembered that CCU plays in the Big South.

I feel a little bad for Eastern Kentucky. Not sure how fierce their rivalry with WKU is but it has to be depressing to watch a team that about ten years ago was on a pretty even playing field in football jump from FCS to FBS, then to a conference that is maybe a rung or two higher than the first conference they played in at the FBS level.
