Probably true but in BG $14.50 is too much to pay to see the Bobcats😀 but $28 is ok against the Rockets. It is cold and windy there at time of year.

BGSUCKS plan is getting $28 from UT fans. We're getting $40 from Marshall fans.......

Putting it differently, BG is getting Toledo fans to buy Ohio tickets that they don't want. Ohio is getting Marshall fans to buy entire season tickets.

Yes. And their whole season could be riding on the game!

I like the idea and think the entire MAC should do something like this and offer tickets for those midweek games at a price next to nothing. I'm a season ticket holder and I'd be okay with them giving the tickets away for free. If it helps put a few more butts in the seats, I'm okay with it so why not try it. Even if it makes my season tickets less of a value, that's okay, I buy them partly to contribute to the program. With the exception of EMU, most MAC teams average about 10,000 fans less (actual, not tickets sold) for these midweek night home games than they do Saturday home games. Many people like myself are unable to travel for these home midweek evening games because of work and family.
