Fifth-most surprising 3-0 team:

Toledo would've been if they could've finished the Stony game.
I doubt that anyone here is really surprised.

In the pickem thread I had us at 2-1 with a loss to Marshall. That said, I'm not surprised at all that we did end up beating Marshall. Coming in, almost everyone here agreed that was going to be the really tough one to win but with everything we had coming back and playing at home it was very possible. A good win? Yes. Surprising? Nah.
Even 4-0 wouldn't be all that surprising to me. But I would be very pumped about it.

I'll give them the Indiana and Northwestern on that list, but the others aren't really surprising when you peel back and look at it.
Syracuse's schedule hasn't been tough at all.
Cal was pegged by some as a Pac 12 North sleeper just due to the fact that their offense is insanely good behind Jared Goff. All they had to do was beat Texas to get to 3-0 and Texas is struggling.
And then Ohio beating Marshall while certainly not expected could have been predicted. Marshall lost Cato and some others, and replacing your QB is always tough no matter what. Plus Ohio always plays Marshall tough at home.
Others who have surprised me more:
Temple - I knew they were going to be good because their defense is legit and they have a lot of juniors and seniors on the team. Didn't think they were good enough to beat Penn State and Cincinnati back-to-back.
Texas Tech - They scored 69 on a pretty decent UTEP team that will probably end up in a bowl and beat up an Arkansas team that was a dark horse SEC West contender. Could be more about Arkansas than Texas Tech, but still pretty impressive.
Iowa - Frankly their schedule hasn't been that tough, but Iowa has been notorious for losing early season games.
Utah - They've beaten three quality teams by a TD or more. Beat Oregon this week and my eyes might pop out of my head.
