Yes, context does matter. I'm glad you finally figured that out. At the time in question rpbobcat and I were exchanging emails about Cromer. He was much more strident in his feelings that she was not doing a good job than I was back in TA Year One. However, in the last year or so, I've come around to believe that he was right in his assessment of her management of the AD's office.
