Just think there are more imaginative OCs out there that could utilize our offensive talent better than Albin is. So much talent wasting away in this system
I agree. I'm not a fan of Albin's playcalling a lot of the time and I've said that before.

I also don't understand what the argument is from those looking to make a change from this staff. What the heck were these fans doing in the 80's and 90's? The program was in shambles. Frank & this staff have elevated this program to a level previously unimaginable. You don't turn your backs on people like that. Doing so would be short-sighted. Everyone LAUGHS at Nebraska, and they have a WAY more impressive program history than we do.

If you wanted to be an "activist booster" you should have gotten that out of your system a long, long time ago.

The is the kind of reasoning that drives me nuts. Could you imagine running a business this way? The program stunk in the 80's & 90's. Grobe was the first guy to inject life into the program. Knorr killed that momentum. Solich stabilized it. I cannot apologize for expecting marginally better results from a staff that has been together for over a decade. They have the indoor practice facility and the new academic center is coming. Not being able to recruit dynamic playmakers, especially at QB, for this many years in a row is more than just rabid fans saying there is a problem. If talented kids look at a stable program with a good school and still choose to go elsewhere, then maybe they're the ones telling the true story of where our program is. Losing the recruiting battle is just as much of an indictment of our staff as the perceived poor offensive scheme. I'm very loyal, but I also recognize that the days of a .570 winning percentage over a decade in the MAC probably doesn't knock the socks off of talented high school seniors.

In no way shape or form am I calling for Frank to go....but I'd like him to evolve this program on the field and explore options of shaking up a stagnant offensive staff. They've sputtered (especially vs good teams) for a few years now. Feel like we've been watching this same offense scuttle for a while.
