Beautiful, boring, smash mouth football. Despite my wife's complaints regarding the excitement level of the game, I now have hope again for the rest of the season. Who knew we had a running quarterback? The offensive line dominated, the backs ran hard, and the defense came in fresh as we took over time of possession. I love it. Go Frank Go!

Color me skeptical regarding our defensive performance... we all know that Kent has an awful offense, but good things happened. Poling, hard hits, turnovers and smiles on the sideline. I'm happy for the team, and I'm really glad the losing streak is over.

Kent's D, on the other hand, has been impressive for much of the year. I really enjoyed watching us gash them on the ground. We got great minutes from all the backs, and holy crap could Bo Hardy turn a corner. That kid has some serious breakaway speed. Vick's running, very good. Sprague's deep ball, also good.

Let's kick Balls and take some momentum to DeKalb. NIU is better than we are, but they do NOT have BG's offense. We can win a low-scoring affair even on their turf.
