Not the Xs & Os, but, Moes & the Joes. Beating NIU requires Solich types, being tougher for 60 minutes. Seems about right.

Ohio definitely won the line of scrimmage at NIU. I think that's what had Carey upset. NIU plays pretty much the same style of ball as Ohio, and they aren't used to losing the line of scrimmage.
