For Bobcat Fans planning on traveling to Montgomery, considering flying in ATL. Airfares into ATL will probably be considerable less than flying into MGM. The drive to Montgomery is only about 2 hours and is a very easy trip. That is what I am planning on doing. I will see you there. Go Bobcats!

Driving from Charlotte to the game with my boys and APP State fan. My wife is also APP St. grad. Anyway, I heard the packages that APP State put together is around $800 and I don't think that includes airfare. I haven't seen any other thread at this point but what hotel are OU fans staying at and most likely we will have an Ohio tailgreat?

Staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites (EastChase) about 10 miles from the Stadium you can get a great rate if you book on the Trip Advisor site. Hotel has outstanding ratings. The bowl hotels are much more expensive and some are already full. Have a safe trip

I am not sure. The Renaissance and Embassy Suites in Downtown Montgomery are 2 of the nicer hotels so maybe one of those?

I'm proud of everyone who is planning to make the trip. I am out due to a major family illness this year but I'm down for one of the next couple bowl games Ohio makes.

Can't make this one. The only bowls that I can typically make are those that occur at least several days after Christmas, with bowls in the early New Year period the best for me. That's why I really liked the old schedule for the GoDaddy/GMAC Bowl. I hope they go back to that in the future and OHIO is invited. . . or, aiming high, the Access Bowl.

Well I am certainly proud to be an Ohio Bobcat. Living in Richmond, VA I wish I could attend more games!
