COULDN'T AGREE MORE!! Who in the world ISN'T wearing black, or grey, or some sort of matted colored helmet? Ohio needs to go back to the basics and embrace the Green and White again.

If I could "like" this post, I would!

White helmets. (No to green! Green helmets remind me of the dark ages of the Bryant and Lichtenberg years when I was a student.)

Green jerseys with white pants for home, white jerseys with green pants on the road. (They can go all-white Stormtrooper on the road as an alternate look if they prefer, and I'm OK with the green monochrome for one home game only.)

Compared to other schools who have all these ridiculously ugly helmets, not to mention helmets that make a team unidentifiable, I actually like our three uniform combinations. With that said, it's been nice to see more of the traditional white helmet with traditional uniforms. I have always thought we should put the arch OHIO on the chest to more clearly identify our jersey as Ohio's.

Since it's introduction, I've been a big fan of the all black, followed by the green helmet, white jersey, green pants combo. All white...no thanks.
