Interesting that so many MAC or FCS programs have players in these games I would have guessed Ian Wells or Devin Bass would be a lock for one of them. Maybe I'm missing a few players but I havent seen many Bobcats.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Heck in the one game alone I saw BG's QB and RB in the same backfield together. I didn't see or hear mention of any Ohio players but did see a lot of other MAC players out there.

They should have picked better agents. I believe they will have great workouts.

Has nothing to do with agents, these invites come out (for the games worth playing) during the season when players are barred from having representation.

The players normally sign with agents, hours after their bowl games and agents do try to get their players auditions. I don't know how much they influence the process, but they do indeed seek to influence the process. http://a.espncdn.com/ncf/seniorbowl/agents.html

The actual real all-star games that are legit (in other words the ones that don't charge the kids to play), all send out their invites during the season. These minor league games should be banned in my opinion, some of them are lucky to get AFL coaches at practice.

And yes, once they are eligible a lot sign, but the good all-star games are already taken up. If you've never been to the Shrine Game, that is a real treat as the Shrine is a worthy organization and has a lot of great events around it.

Ok, thanks for the info. I would love to go to an East-West Shrine Bowl.
