Hey Monroe -- Here you go. Lay out all your arguments right here. And, in other threads, instead of hijacking them, you can just copy this URL and direct people to it.

(And, I can read about players and Spring practice and etc. without having to wade through pages of the same old arguments about whether or not our coaches suck and should all be fired.)

Have fun!

Man you must have awakened to a pretty lengthy "honey do" list today. :)

Monroe is something like the Soup Nazi. He suffers for his Bobcats. Only a few of us understand.

I'm really dis-appointed with the number of posts and the lack of force of argument by the non-Me side here.

Let me try to help:

Your/My constant harping and being stuck on the past is grating and black hole--not only ruins your own posts, but sucks the joy out of everyone else's experience here.

What makes you/me such an expert. The only solid function you/I serve here is as a lightpost for threads to avoid. You/I are/am a human deflector.

Remember that one time when I/you said something that was true and made sense? Yeah, no one else does either.

Come back after you/I have hiked one of the national trails.

Ugh. I'm not very good at this. Hopefully, Situation can take time away from writing my autobiography and put up a better effort...In fact such a post would both serve the purpose ere and fill in my autobio!

You say you like me. You do.

So prove it and answer this simple question:

Why do you think Christian McCaffery was held to 42 carries in 2014?

Do research if you have to. Watch highlight reels. Read Stanford's messageboard.

Or do none of this, and answer the question.

I know you've got words. Great words.

P.S.

If you do respond, please do not respond with a question. Especially a question that in no way, shape, or form addresses the question I've asked you.

1) Why can't I respond with a question?

2) C'mon..step up your game..don't 'loose' this one..be vehemently disuputatious!

I'm beginning to question your fondness of me Monroe. You just won't answer any of my questions. In order to "kill 'em with kindness", you have to actually be kind.

As for your questions:

"Bullshit entrepreneurs cry about the way they want it to be instead of reacting to the way it actually is." -- Gary Vaynerchuk

"What is a City (university, alumni base, football team, message board) but the people" -- William Shakespeare

We've got no one to blame for the alleged predicament you find us in but ourselves (including you).

You're either a has been, or a never was, because you haven't been solving any problems Monroe, just creating them.

"FACES ARE THE LEDGERS OF OUR EXPERIENCE." Richard Avedon

Situation, it's more fun when you express the pure, emotion-driven, irrational hatred.

Over the last 3.5 or so years, this coaching staff has been quite mediocre vs. a weak schedule and in a lousy conference. This, at the latest of 11 years here. It seems quite obvious if you're reasonably objective.

You don't agree. Okay, sort of. But all your convoluted analysis and argument and logic (?) only serves to obscure the basic, obvious truth.

Given that, why would I seriously debate you?

If the very high number of crashing losses over the last 4 seasons don't convince you, then I'm unimpressed by your ability to perceive and reason.

Party on, Garth. Party on, Wayne.

Questions like "why do you think Christian McCaffery had limited carries" have no right or wrong answer.

Questions such as "at what age did you start your first business" aren't up for debate. There's literally a correct answer.

And this mess about 11 years of Frank Solich is unrelated to any questions posed to you in this thread.

Speaking of my "irrational hatred" of you, that reminds me of yet another direct question I've asked of you, with no right or wrong answer. Of course you've avoided it entirely. What do you think qualifies as "rational hatred"?

There was a time when I truly believed you were a brick wall, and shooting arguments at you would reveal the angle of reflection (ie a straight forward question gets returned in its place, but an extreme angle would return the most obtuse response possible).

But now I see you as more of a black hole. Your gravity is inescapable.

For me, you've excessively contaminated Bobcat Attack beyond repair. My hatred of you is rational for this reason. I consider confronting your problems directly to be the rational approach. And that's part of the reason I've held you with such contempt over the years. Unfortunately, I'm also going to lose the baby with the bathwater.

Out of sight, out of mind.

Many may argue with Monroe a bit but 7 of the 14 posts here are from Situation...he must be the only one that just can't get enough arguing with Monroe. Give it a rest, we all know how both of you feel.

Why doesnt Monroe give it a rest instead of poisoning almost every thread about anything on this site? Not rational action IMHO.

Hey, c'mon, we're havin' fun here.

Not much else better to do in the offseason.

Plus, extensions of me being correct and Situation being Situation (what?...doublewhat??) are always and universally appropriate.

If life were a 1970s sit-com, Monroe and The Situation would be forced to dorm together and have wacky adventures.

One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight
shlemiel, schlemazel, Peden Stadium incorporated
We're gonna do it

Give us any chance, we'll take it
Read us any BobcattAttack.com rule, we'll break it
We're gonna make our posts sound true
Doin' it our way

Nothin's gonna turn us back now
Straight ahead and talkin' Frank now
We're gonna craft our posts for you
Doin' it our way

There is nothing we won't try
Winning the MAC is not impossible
This time there's no stopping Frank
We're gonna do it

On your mark, get set, and go now
Beau up the middle we just know now
We're gonna make Maleek Irons come true
And we'll do it Situation's way, or Monroe's way
MAC championship dreams come true
And we'll do it Frank's way, or Albin's way
Make our Detroit dreams come true
For me and you (and BIGMANZ)

Both.
Both a heavy amount of sacks and a heavy amount of tackles? Playing DL you either play your assignment or you blitz. You can't have it both ways Monroe, just like you can't have every member of your defense be on the MAC all first team.

Wes--That may make some sense but I'm inclined to think that markedly good players on the d-line and at 'backer get both.

I'd like to see the average tackles and sacks by the All-MAC d-linemen and linebackers as compared to the guys who didn't make All-MAC. I'd bet that the former got more tackles and sacks...didn't have to much sacrifice one for the other.
