That's great. I believe they were on ESPN College Gameday in 2015?

JMU has a fairly deep group of wide receivers this year so it will be interesting to see how he fits in. JMU was second in FCS in scoring and total offense last year at 44 points per game and 528 yards a game.

Former JMU coach Everett Withers is now the head coach at Texas State. Expect them to run a lot of plays on offense and not play not much in the way of defense come September 3.

College GameDay was down here last year. It was a wild week. Caught a break that there were no marquee games that week and it didn't hurt either that the producer for the show was a grad.

Amounts to a weird three-way trade of guys who were intriguing to us or more recent Jim Grobe staffers when you include WR Blaine Stewart leaving JMU for UC. He was in preferred walk-on country for Akron or us or Charlotte if he had stayed above the D1 Mendoza line. Son of deceased WVU Coach Bill Stewart.
