(more Saturday afternoon games would be nice but I understand the need marketing-wise for the weekday MACtion games)

We live too far away to get to a school-night game and my son's youth basketball team, which I helped coached, played every Saturday afternoon in Jan. and Feb. while every Saturday home game in conference for Ohio was an afternoon tipoff. I do place my son's basketball games as a higher priority than Ohio basketball games at the risk of some on here claiming that I'm not a true Bobcat fan. If scheduling changes next winter, for either my son's games and/or Ohio's games, I hope to get to a lot more games next season. Not because all of a sudden I became a bigger (better) fan but because my situation changed.
I'd say you have your priorities exactly where they should be. I agree that we can all have different points of view on what makes an attractive home schedule.

I agree Mark - I wish the conference as a whole could cut the weeknight ESPN games by about 50%, allowing for more early November Saturday games, while still allowing for some good mid-week MACtion. Since that isn't changing soon...

As it is, I try to get to all the Saturday games and enjoy the fall days in A-town. This is my entertainment, disposable income dollar, and I might as well just enjoy it as much as I can, regardless of the opponent. (My point of view anyway)

Life allows me to, at best, make one home game a year and it would have to be on a Saturday. Usually I come to a game that works with my other responsibilities, commitments etc. more so than the opponent. It would be nice to have more than 2/3 of our home games to pull from.

That being said I certainly recognize and appreciate what MACtion can offer. Selfishly it's nice to turn on a game that I may have marginal interest in (Say BG vs. Buffalo) to keep an eye on while doing work, folding laundry etc. on a Tuesday/Wednesday night. If the Cats are struggling and/or just lose a good game, it's nice to not have it ruin my weekend as I am over it by the time Friday rolls around.

The biggest issue I always have online is the Bobcat Club donation part - the links and process there always get me into some confusing maze where I just say screw it and call.....then bitch about it (and they always agree it's screwed up).....then I pony up the $'s.....

Kept procrastinating on this. Just logged in. Took about 10 minutes. I will choose online ordering over talking to someone on the phone 10 out of 10 times.

Positives:
-Was conveniently able to purchase Tennessee tickets straight from season ticket renewal.
-Did not have to talk to people.

Negatives:
-Still no option for mobile ticketing. It was either mail or print. I know setting this up on the back-end requires a good amount of work, but mobile ticketing is inevitable. The benefits would be numerous. Beyond season tickets/single game tickets, I think setting up student tickets for mobile ticketing is a big opportunity.
-Agree with RSBobcat, Bobcat Club donation part is most difficult part. Pop up right before I'm finalizing season ticket renewal, then you gotta click around a couple times to get back to the season ticket order.

For football, I doubt a reminder would do much but I bet sending a notification for men's basketball might help attendance a little.

Heck, you could probably get somebody to sponsor it. Another revenue source.

That's a good idea.

I just went to renew online but it wouldn't work on Chrome unless I accept local cookies (is there a diff between cookies overall and 'local' cookies?) which has not happened for me for any website for years. Then, I tried IE--the renewal page of general instructions came up but the click thru to my account would not work. So, I'm left to have to renew by calling in. Not happy about this.
