Anyone want to trade your Friday-of-Homecoming hotel room for my Saturday hotel room?

Hi all. Odd request: I am holding a room at the Holiday Inn Express for Saturday night of Homecoming weekend (Oct. 8). I am looking to potentially switch my hotel stay to that Friday night, though I don't even know for certain if a hotel will let me transfer my reservation to a different person if I just call to request that.
Obviously if someone has a room at the same hotel for that Friday, such a switch would likely be a little easier. I'd also be willing to look at switching to the Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn or OU Inn if such a switch worked out.
I should mention that the room rate I'm holding is $184 (which is $207.92 after tax).
Interested? Send me a private message.
And if you have experience in making such a switch and know whether it's possible, feel free to comment here! Thanks.

I've started making Homecoming a day trip. Get to Athens by 8:30-9am, drink & tailgate all the way up to the game, hit up someplace after to eat, head home. The Days Inn, Super 8 aren't worth the exorbitant price, and the OU Inn is effectively impossible to get into. Even the Highlander is significantly over priced.
