I've said this previously, and it might come back to bite me, but I can't believe how much BG has declined so quickly. They are barely a functioning football team. ESPN announcers eating them live. Trail Memphis 42-3 with 12 minutes left in the 1st half.

Hope they're still playing like this when they come to Athens. Three picks in the 1st Q and just flat-out no D. Jinks says they don't handle adversity well. Keep it up guys. They're only real weapon has been their punter; two 60+ yd punts already.

Which reminds me - That GW punter today was pretty damned good. A good gig though for a punter there though....

BG is beyond bad. They are the worst team in the MAC. Maybe even the country.

Through 4 games they are 15.3ppg (126th) in offense and 55.3ppg (128th) in defense that could easily make them the worst in the country. Are you going to see things like players quitting, clubhouse tension going into MAC play?

IMO, if we can get past Fiami, we are set pretty well to get off to a good start in MAC play. Fiami looks improved...BG is awful...I like our chances vs. EMU at home...and Kent is awful. Not to get greedy, but 4 very important games ahead.
