...The pass defense for BG has been atrocious. They're giving up 314 yds per game and rank #124 in college football in pass defense. If Albin opens up the playbook (which, he probably won't), Windham should have a field day. Like others have said, light this team up from the get-go and don't stop.
By any measure, their defense has been amazingly bad so far. Their run defense has been bad as well, giving up 5.1 yards/carry. Their pass efficiency defense is averaging 180.8, allowing 66% completions, 20 tds, and only 3 interceptions. They are giving up an average of 49.8 points a game. On the bright side, they lead the MAC in net punting, at 44.8 yards/punt.
Despite all this, it is important to remember that BG has some very good athletes. After all, they were the class of the MAC just a year ago. At some point, they might wake up, and stop playing so abysmally badly. I hope they wait a week or two, however.
