What newspeak gobbledygook is this?
"A former University of Notre Dame student athletic trainer violated NCAA ethical conduct rules when she committed academic misconduct for two football student-athletes and provided six other football student-athletes with impermissible academic extra benefits, according to a Division I Committee on Infractions panel. One additional football student-athlete committed academic misconduct on his own."
WTH is "acadmiec misconduct"? I suspect it was something like writing a paper for a dumb-as-a-rock football player. Time to stop protecting and shielding these student athletes by the use of such meaningless verbiage. I know laws would need to be changed to accomplish this goal, but it's overdue.
Edit: 18-year-olds are old enough to vote, should be old enough to drink, IMHO, and are old enough to not be coddled in a "safe space" type of environment. Grow up and face the music snowflakes.
