Isn’t the portal closed?
247 seems to show only one player (TE) has yet to declare a new team.
I believe players can still enter the portal within 30 days of their last game.
You don’t need the “portal”, you can literally just state you are leaving. However, at some schools you maybe too late to apply
I'm certain we're at a point where that is even more irrelevant than the term "name-image-likeness".
Devin Brown won't be going through the same process as Sally Jones with the 1400 SAT. They'll grant waivers and special circumstances for athletes if they're not already. Maybe things have changed since back in my day, but you could add and drop a class several weeks into the semester.
