Assuming that Parker Navarro does has another year of eligibility, he's best suited to stay at Ohio. He tried playing at UCF and barely saw the field.
He was a backup here until Rourke left and was our 3rd stringer at times. He's a really solid athlete and has developed into a better passer than what we all believed he could be but he still lacks what P4 schools are looking for. His best skillset is running and that would be tougher playing in a power conference.
Could he follow Albin to Charlotte? That's possible but does he want to finish his career on a losing a team just to say he played in the American Conference again? Maybe but that doesn't seem appealing.
Staying at Ohio gives him a chance to finish his legacy at OU and go after another MAC Championship while continuing to start for a solid G5 program. Nothing is guaranteed if he leaves. That being said, I wouldn't blame him for transferring up if given the opportunity.
