Louis Zervos, at least last night for sure. Clutch kicker for a freshman.

Basham or Poling better be defensive player of the year. I think that Terrell will easily be Offensive Player of the Year and Fleck will certainly be Coach of the Year.

Why Poling over Blair Brown? Brown has better stats. Not attacking. Just curious.

Cleon Aloese needs some love. I'd put him on my second team.

1st team: Basham, Zervos, Browm, Poling
2nd team: Aloese
3rd team: Pruehs, Farkas, Smith, Moore, Laseak

I can't speak for others, but for me, despite all the good plays Brown makes, he kills us with boneheaded penalties.

Brown's crazy penalties are part of his charm.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Martin get coach of the year. WMU was supposed to win the West. Fiami was supposed to be a doormat. Instead, they wound up tied for 1st in the East, and probably would've won the division if it weren't for early-season injuries.

Only about 15-16 Bobcats noted as probably All-MAC selections.

Why are you all so underestimating?

I think Brown and Poling are interchangeable. I think ultimately Basham will get Player of the Year defensively in the MAC with Terrell Offensive. I do think you have to look at personal foul penalties with Brown when you compare he and Poling. That being said, I wouldn't want him on any other team but OUrs! Martin should most definitely get Coach of the Year with Eastern's right behind. Fleck has done a masterful job but he's gone after this year so.....

What about the game that Brown won for us. Brown could have had 25 sacks and some BA'ers would put Poling on the first team before him. We get emotionally attached sometimes.

Thanks for the stats on two OHIO LB's. Any idea how they rate stat wise compared to other LBs vs MAC opponents?
