I made this year's MAC Championship prediction (Ohio vs WMU) almost a year in adavance and it came to fruition. Here's the matchup for 2017: Ohio vs Toledo.

But who will the winner be?

The path out of the East will be much tougher next year. Akron will surely be healthier than they were this year, even thought I'm not sure how many starters they return. Miami is on the upswing and graduates no one, and BG should be much better in year 2 of coach whatshisface. Will Buffalo rebound with their strong-armed behemoth qb having more experience? we lose at that godforsaken stadium even when they suck. What will Kent look like?

I'm excited about our defense... Big loses on the defensive line isn't fun, but we've got another potential defensive player of the year at linebacker and Hagan in the defensive backfield is going to be a bright spot for years to come (oh yeah, we've got 2 3* recruits already committed at DB)
On offense, same thing I was thinking this time last year... Can we get consistent QB play? That is the difference between good and great for us, I think.
