The excitement for this game..at least on this board..clearly at fever pitch.

OHIO FOOTBALL totally revived 12 years in.

Our DG never has more than 5 cars in the lot and never less than 3 cars in the lot. I wonder how they apply an algorithm to maintain those modest numbers.

I'm just curious, but have you ever visited any of the forums for other MAC teams? I have, on occasion, and am always surprised at how much less activity they have than BA. As I recall, the WMU board was pretty active, but most of the others are not.

Thread hijack:

What would have been the score if OHIO would have faced Tulsa today?
I would not have liked Ohio's chances at all vs Tulsa. But I like them a lot vs Troy.

Messenger Article "Bobcats on the road for the final time"

Per Arkley the OL will be much healthier than vs Akron & Western.

"Ohio will be healthier than it was at the beginning of the month. For instance, on the offensive line starting left guard Josh Cooper is now several weeks removed from his ankle injury. Starting right guard Durrell Wood is over his illness — he was sick in the MAC title game — and key backup Jared McCray is expected to play after sitting out Ohio’s last two games with a head injury."

Would be interesting to see the respective teams' policies regarding late nights, curfews. We saw a couple Ohio players out last night (with parents/families it looked like), but it seems like the entire Troy team was all over Dauphin last night. Would be interesting to know if Troy trusts their group to 'party responsibly' on the days leading up to the game. (then again their team hotel I believe is right around the corner from Dauphin)

Troy looks like a very undisciplined team. Two roughing the passer penalties keeps a 99 yard drive alive that otherwise would have ended in a punt and it allows for a TD.

Wow has this game shifted and fast! Ohio was on the verge of falling behind 14-0 and now is driving for the lead.

#7 Dillard is playing like Von Miller. We need to control him. Or we're going to need to get Basham to go Von Miller on their QB. They've got some real talent on that Troy squad. Their offense really tires out a defense. Let's go Bobcats. Our O-line needs to block better if we're going to give these guys a game.

Troy with two blown scoring chances and even with all of the Ohio turnovers, it's only a 4 point game. Ohio is in great shape.

Come on O-Line and TA, lets go 98 yards and break their spirit.

You wouldn't think you could learn much from being a Browns fan, but tonight proves you can. You either have a QB or you don't. Regardless of tonights result, all efforts must be focused on acquiring a championship QB. That's true for either the Browns or OU. Whether its NFl or college you either have one (a QB) or you don't. And you win or lose based on that reality.
