Tomorrow is a big day for plenty of our Bobcats. I hope to see Brown run again and create even more buzz. I hope Sayles runs well. Reid and Smith need to run well to have a chance to get free agent contracts. Let's hope and pray that they wow the scouts. Basham may stand on his previous numbers, but I believe he can beat his previous times; however, he needs to focus on the bench press.

Just go confirmation that Bill Belichick was in Athens within the past several days to look at Basham and Brown. He has a knack for finding hidden talent so this may bode well for other prospects too!

wow, great info. BASHAM 4.65, he will be moving up. I wish Brown would have ran again. I knew Sayles would be a manchild on the bench, do you have his 40 time?

Per Arkley, Basham ran but did not bench today....which is pretty much the opposite of what everyone expected. Maybe he's happy with a late-2nd to early-3rd round projection and doesn't want to confirm his poor Combine bench performance, but did want to confirm the solid 40 time?

Bcat2 sure has lots of inside info quite promptly.

You'd think that he or she is somehow closely connected to the program.

Malik came in fast, and left fast. Sadly he never found a position where he could contribute. They tried him at WR and at TE, at least, perhaps elsewhere.

Unless, he had bricks for hands, it's hard to believe that he could not have got some playing time at tight end. Was he a victim of start forever or was he not big enough?

With that kind of speed, it's odd he never earned really any playing time, not even much on special teams. He was listed as a 216-pound tight end, which is really small for that position. He accumulated no stats of any kind in his career. He wasn't a very highly-rated or recruited player out of high school.

I mean...that's good enough kickoff return speed isn't it? Listed as a TE or not, that speed needs to be on the field.
