Keszai was considered a Power 5 QB until he was injured. That seems to work for us and against us on past recruits. My Fort Wayne area friends tell me he is special.
I think he was certainly worth the gamble.

If I were to guess the past problems, I'd say that it was the lack of QB improvement under Gdowski. Bower improved, and Everson, but then everyone else seemed to stay about the same. I think QB recruiting is picking up because the quarterbacks in the system are improving from year to year.
