Because he is five years removed from high school, he was available to sign as a free agent. He was eligible to be drafted by any team last year.

Interesting. He never seemed to be too smooth or agile. Maybe he's a hell of a blocker.

My favorite Colin Granger stat is that his sophomore year he had a 100% turnover rate at Ohio. 2 touches, 2 turnovers.

I've seen this happen before. A guy named Keith Neubert was a not-especially good basketball player for 4 years at Nebraska, then spent his Senior year at TE, before playing for the Jets from 1988-1990 and the Eagles in 1992-3.
